        О внесении изменений в Постановление Правительства
       Калининградской области от 22 февраля 2007 года N 69
           "О целевой Программе Калининградской области
       "Развитие Калининградской области как туристического
                     центра на 2007-2014 годы"

 

 

     В соответствии со статьей 12 Закона Калининградской области 

Правительстве Калининградской        области"         Правительство
Калининградской области
     
                           ПОСТАНОВЛЯЕТ:
     
     1. Внести   в   приложение   к   Постановлению   Правительства
Калининградской области  от 22 февраля  2007 года  N 69 "О  целевой
Программе Калининградской области "Развитие Калининградской области
как  туристического  центра  на  2007-2014  годы"    изменениями,
внесенными Постановлениями Правительства Калининградской области от
1 февраля  2008 года N  40, от  16 февраля  2009 года N  69, от  16
августа 2010 года N 658) следующие изменения:
     1) по   всему    тексту    приложения   слова    "Министерство
промышленности Калининградской  области" в соответствующих  падежах
заменить словами "Агентство по туризму Калининградской области";
     2) в пункте 38  слова "Министр промышленности  Калининградской
области"  заменить словами  "Руководитель  (директор) Агентства  по
туризму Калининградской области";
     3) таблицу 2 изложить в редакции согласно приложению.
     2. Постановление   вступает  в   силу   со  дня   официального
опубликования.
