     На основе   ежемесячных  социологических   опросов   зафиксирован
достаточно  большой   процент   граждан,  удовлетворенных   имеющимися
возможностями реализации своих национальных потребностей. Рассматривая
значение данного показателя в динамике, следует отметить, что  уровень
удовлетворенности  возможностью реализации  национальных  потребностей
имеет тенденцию к росту: если в 2004 году данный показатель  составлял
65%, то в 2008 году он составил 88,7%.

    5. Сравнительный анализ финансовых и иных затрат на реализацию

     Таким образом,  всего  за период  действия  Программы  фактически
исполнено  33672,7 из  35834,0  тыс.  рублей,  что составляет  94%  от
потребности по Программе.

     6. Выводы о целесообразности разработки очередной Программы
          
     Главным результатом   реализации   данной   Программы    является
сохранение этнополитической стабильности в регионе.
     Важен и  накопленный  позитивный опыт  практического  воссоздания
национальных  традиций разных  народов  края, которые  на  современном
этапе не утрачивают своей способности активно воздействовать и  влиять
на все сферы общественной жизни. Сохранение народной культуры является
действенным средством профилактики и преодоления негативных социальных
явлений в  подростковой и  молодежной среде,  воспитания духовности  и
нравственности, стабилизации  и  гармонизации национальных  отношений,
минимизации рисков в сфере национальных отношений.
     Благодаря Программе  работа  по сохранению  самобытности  народов
края,  а  также  по профилактике  проявлений  этнического  экстремизма
приобрела  системный  характер  и  явилась  одним  из   стратегических
направлений  развития  социально-экономической  сферы  края,  получила
широкий общественный резонанс в других регионах России.
     Закрепить и  улучшить достигнутые  результаты  в ходе  реализации
Программы  позволит  программа,  разработанная  на  2009-2013  годы  и
направленная   на   обеспечение   стабильного   позитивного   развития
национальных  отношений   в  крае,  создание   реальных  условий   для
сохранения  этнической  идентичности   народов,  проживающих  на   его
территории,  внедрение   новых  технологий  профилактики   этнического
экстремизма и формирование толерантного поведения у жителей региона.
