Our company is searching for an experienced Attorney at Law (Bar registration in
St. Petersburg required), who shall become a counsel for our company and its
clients.
Agenda:
(1) Corporate law;
(2) Labour law;
(3) Law of Contracts;
(4) Day-to-day operations;
(5) General support of construction and development activities.
Requirements:
(1) Master"s degree in law;
(2) 3 yrs of experience related to the abovementioned agenda in St.
Petersburg;
(3) Attorney at Law registered in St. Petersburg;
(4) Fluent oral and written English, including professional terminology;
(5) Excellent knowledge of local business environment.
Estimated workload: 80 to 120 hrs monthly. |
