Main responsibilities:
Legal Support to Customer Management (Sales) Department and UBF Foodsolutions
drafting, amending and reviewing agreements with Key accounts, distributors and
FS clients covering both legal and tax aspects;
negotiating legal and tax aspects of relevant agreements with company customers;
participating in particular sales projects;
reviewing and responding to claims from company customers and preparing claims
to customers;
settling disputes;
performing other activities as requested.
Our expectations:
at least 2 years of legal experience, preferably in-house lawyer
